It’s a full-service excavating operation providing single-point responsibility for site preparation and underground services for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. Construction Management is the term we use to describe how Thelen’s Excavating Division operates. Our specialties run the gamut from mass excavating to the preparation of roadways for paving. From underground utilities to landscaping and erosion control. We can provide partial or complete land development packages by leveraging all of our company’s resources. Thelen Excavating utilizes only state-of-the-art equipment which lowers our operating cost per hour, and has the luxury only a turnkey operation can possess to help lower a customer’s bottom line. Thelen Excavating is truly a unique excavating company with minimal restrictions on the completing the entire construction process.
